In this session, we will explore your eligibility to acces NDIS funding: - Question 1: Are you aged between 9 and 65? - Question 2: Are you an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category Visa holder? - Question 3: Do you live in Australia? - Question 4: Do you have a disability caused by a permanent impairment? - Question 5: Do you usually need disability-specific supports to complete daily life activities? - Question 6: Do you need some supports now to reduce your future need for support? - Question 7: Do you need some supports now for your family to build their skills to help you? Important Note: If you are aged between 9 and 65, a local area coordinator can help you to understand the NDIS, apply and connect with other government and community supports. If you have a child younger than 9, an early childhood partner can provide supports to children before they apply, and let families know if the NDIS is right for their child.
